Course instructor - Annika Terning
I'm Annika Terning, a Swedish creative soul living in Switzerland since 2016. Growing up with seven siblings taught me early on the value of connection and shared experiences.
I’m the founder of Bsensing, where I help people find freedom from lower back pain through gentle, sensing movements. Beyond movement, creativity is my true passion—I love working with my hands in many forms, from silversmithing and sewing to card making and, most recently, ceramics. Crafting allows me to connect with myself and others, bringing joy and relaxation into daily life.
At home, my life is filled with love, laughter, and the energy of my two children, who remind me daily of the importance of curiosity and creativity.
